Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SoftReminders (the "Service"), operated by axiondigital ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have read these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
SoftReminders is a team action item and reminder management platform that allows organizations to assign tasks, schedule automated reminders, and integrate with Slack. The Service is provided on a software-as-a-service basis.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must register a workspace with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@axiondigital.cloud
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or abusive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or systems
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
- Interfere with the availability or integrity of the Service
5. Multi-Tenant Workspaces
Each registered organization receives an isolated workspace. You are solely responsible for the data, users, and activity within your workspace. You must not attempt to access data from other organizations' workspaces.
6. Slack Integration
If you configure the Slack integration, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with Slack's own Terms of Service and API usage policies. We are not affiliated with Slack Technologies.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.
9. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your workspace if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by axiondigital and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, axiondigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
