This Privacy Policy describes how axiondigital ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use SoftReminders ("the Service") at axiondigital.cloud and www.axiondigital.cloud.

We collect information you provide directly when you:
- Register a workspace (company name, your name, email address, username, password)
- Create action items or reminders (task titles, descriptions, assignee details)
- Connect Slack (webhook URL, Slack member IDs, signing secret)
- Contact us by email
We also collect usage data automatically, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps of actions taken within the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- To send email notifications (verification, invitations, reminders)
- To send Slack notifications on your behalf using your configured webhook
- To authenticate users and enforce role-based access control
- To generate audit logs for your workspace
- To respond to support inquiries
- To improve and optimize the Service
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on servers located in the European Union / United States. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. We implement role-based access controls to limit data access within your organization.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
4. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation
Each company workspace is logically isolated. Users in one workspace cannot access data from another workspace. All database queries are scoped to your organization's tenant identifier.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- With your consent — when you explicitly authorize sharing
- Service providers — email delivery services (SMTP), hosting infrastructure
- Slack — when you configure Slack integration, task data is sent to your workspace via Slack's API
- Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect our rights
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your workspace is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at privacy@axiondigital.cloud.
7. Cookies
The Service uses localStorage (not cookies) to store your authentication token client-side. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a machine-readable format

9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
